Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to LITECRAFT Lighting on-line. If you wish to purchase from our on-line catalog, you accept these conditions. LITECRAFT Lighting reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before using this website.

Sales Tax:

We are obligated by Georgia/South Carolina state law to charge applicable State, County and City sales tax on items delivered to a Georgia/South Carolina address. Shipments to all U.S. territories are tax-exempt. International Sales Tax & Duty calculated at check-out.

Shipping:

Delivery of product depends on availability from manufacturer. Production schedules change, and a product will be temporarily out of stock or is back ordered. Back orders are beyond our control. Shipping time is normally 10 – 14 business days, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping may take longer. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping.

Warranties: Damaged/Defective Goods

All products sold by LITECRAFT Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your delivery is obviously damaged, do not accept it, refuse to receive from the carrier and contact LITECRAFT immediately. If you have received a product and find it has concealed damaged or is defective, please contact LITECRAFT Customer Support at customerservice@lclnow.com. LITECRAFT must be notified of any damage or defect within (14) calendar days of receiving your order. LITECRAFT will under no condition be held liable for installation fees of any kind.

Returns and Refunds:

MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if it is returned within (14) calendar days of receiving and suitable for re-sale. The product cannot have been installed and is in perfect condition with all the manufacturer’s packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee plus customer pays return shipping.

The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund. Orders returned damaged or defective if received from shipper without notifying LITECRAFT of the damage immediately upon receipt. If a delivery is obviously damaged, do not accept from carrier, refuse delivery and notify LITECRAFT at customerservice@lclnow.com. Orders of 10 or more of the same items are non-refundable. Discount or clearance products are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defective shipments.

Commercial Lighting:

Please contact your sales representative to discuss return terms prior to placing your commercial lighting order.

Payment:

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards in store. On-line, major credit cards only.

Production Trade Partners: Please check with your account representative regarding payment terms.
